The Helicopter Line is New Zealand's leading helicopter company,
operating with a fleet of modern jet helicopters based at Mount
Cook, Franz Josef Glacier, Fox Glacier and Queenstown.

At Mount Cook, New Zealand's highest mountain,
experience Snow Landing flights, amidst the stunning alpine
vistas of the Southern Alps.
On the West Coast Glaciers, scenic flights, snow
landings and heli-hikes are available from Franz Josef
and Fox Glaciers.
From Queenstown, experiences include flightseeing
of the Queenstown Region and Milford Sound
or thrillseeking combination adventures.
For your safety and enjoyment, all flights are
subject to weather conditions. Flights or routes may vary
to those described due to local weather conditions. Any
changes are at the discretion of the Pilot.
All flights have a minimum passenger number for
departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less
than the required minimum as we will coordinate to achieve
the required minimum.
A Courtesy Coach is available at all locations
for transfers to and from central locations.
Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the
booked location, the same booking will be accepted at
any of The Helicopter Line bases for a flight of similar
duration and price.
Child rate for helicopter flights is based on 70%
of Adult rate. A child is 14 years and under and must
be accompanied by a fare paying adult.
We do reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice
due to factors that may be beyond our control. You will
be advised at time of booking.
As well as our brochured tourist flights, The Helicopter
Line operates charter flights from all of our operating
bases throughout New Zealand. The charter rate is based
on an hourly rate, or parts thereof, calculated on a minimum
of 9 minutes of flying time, and multiples of 3 minutes.
Charter rates are quoted on a per flying hour, per aircraft
basis (not per person). Please enquire for our current
charter rates.
