This gives the client piece of mind motoring reducing the insurance excess to $250.00 plus GST. National reserves the right to withdraw the waiver reduction option. After Hours Service National provides a 24 hour meet and greet service, free delivery is available to all hotels and motels within city limits. Clients also have piece of mind with a 24 hour toll free telephone support service. Age Requirements Drivers must be 21 years of age or more. Special circumstances can be arranged for drivers over the age of 18. Minimum Hire Duration The minimum length of hire for unlimited kilometres is three (3) days. One and two day rentals are limited to 150 kilometres per day. Inter Island Hires Inter Island hires are available for clients who wish to travel through both islands of New Zealand. Cars are returned to depots in Picton and Wellington and a fresh vehicle is provided when clients disembark the ferry on the other side. Accessories Ski racks and snow chains are charged at $NZ45.00+GST each per hire, payable on pick up. Baby and booster seats available at $NZ45.00 per hire.
