AIRPORT TRANSFER
• Auckland Airport Branch
Ezy provides a free transfer service to our nearby depot. Please call Ezy on the freephone boards at Visitor Information or free call Ezy on 0800 399 736.

• Auckland City Branch
Ezy provides a FREE bus service from the Auckland Airport to the Ezy City Depot. Simply catch the "Airbus Bus" (Big Blue coloured bus) from outside Door 10 of the International Terminal. If at a Domestic Terminal it leaves directly from outside the terminals. It will depart every 20 minutes (after 06.20am). Ezy will reimburse your ticket on arrival at the depot, please present tickets on pick up of vehicle.

• Christchurch Branch
On arrival at Christchurch Airport please use the FREE phone (Number #69) in the Visitor Centre to call Ezy. Ezy will then come and collect you from the International Airport.

    Call us any time of the day or night and your help will be on its way. Our breakdown service staff will see what the problem is, and where possible, repair your vehicle on the spot.

  • Changing a flat tyre*
    Changing a flat tyre can be difficult, dirty and dangerous. You need the right equipment and sometimes even brute strength to undo stubborn wheel nuts. We’re happy to handle it for you.

  • Key lock outs*
    Locking the keys in the car is something that could happen to anyone and can be both embarrassing and frustrating. The AA will come to you and in most cases our staff can quickly gain access to your vehicle so you can be on your way again.

  • Towing vehicles to safety following a breakdown*
    If your car breaks down or has mechanical problems that cannot be repaired on the spot, we’ll tow it to the nearest AA Breakdown Service Garage where arrangements for repair can be made. It is all covered by your membership.
