All prices are in New Zealand Dollars
(NZ$) and include 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Compulsory
insurance extra $14/day. Rental Car prices are per 24 hour period.
Minimum hire period is 5 days and discounts are available for
hires over 21 days.
Insurance
The Insurance excess is NZ $ 1200.- for drivers over 25
years, NZ$1800.- for drivers of 21 to 24 years and NZ$2200 for
drivers under 21 years (Gst included).
This amount must be paid at the commencement of each hire as
a security bond. It is fully refundable at the termination of
the hire, subject to the hired vehicle being returned on time,
at the agreed location and in a clean condition (toilet cassette
and waste water tank has been emptied), with the vehicle being
refueled to the level as received on delivery date, no damage
incurred to the Wendekreisen vehicle and the hired vehicle was
not involved in, caused or contributed to an accident or infringement
(speeding or parking tickets) and no items are lost or damaged.
Excess Reduction
Excess Reduction at $30.00 per day will reduce the excess for
any vehicle to $250.00 ( $ 500.-for drivers 21 to 24years and
$ 750.-for drivers 19 to 21years), the cost for this excess
reduction includes the compulsary insurance of $ 14.--/day.
Tyre and windscreen insurance is available for an extra $ 7.--/per
day (nil excess).
Unlimited Kilometres and One Way Rentals
There are no additional per kilometre charges, and one way
hire either way between our Auckland and Christchurch depots
is free. A relocation surcharge of NZ$150 applies to any pick
up or return to Picton or Wellington. We also provide a complimentary
transfer between airports and our Auckland or Christchurch depots
on the day of hire or return of vehicle. Conditions

deposit
to confirm bookings.
Balance of payment due on delivery of vehicle. All major credit
cards & travellers cheques accepted.
Cancellation
No fees will apply for cancellation up to 21 days before pickup.
For cancellations within 21 days before pickup the fee will
be 20% of the cost of your hire.
After commencement of the hire, a refund is only possible in
special circumstances.

Driver's License/ Minimum Age
All national and international drivers' licences are accepted
- minimum driving age is 18 years. This
can be reduced under certain
circumstances.
Mechanical Failure
Wendekreisen will endeavour to repair the vehicle at the earliest
opportunity. In the event this is not possible, a vehicle of
equal standard will be substituted.
If this is not able to be
achieved, a refund will
be made for each full day
of lost hire. The client is authorised to fix small problems
(under NZ$ 50.00), costs incurred being refunded provided receipts
are presented. More extensive repairs require authorisation
from Wendekreisen.
Conditions of delivery
If the reserved vehicle is not available for reasons beyond
the company's control, Wendekreisen attempts to supply a substitute
vehicle. If this is not available, the liability is limited
to a full refund of payment for each full day of lost
hire.
